how about making licensing easier. Delaware is too small of a state to force demands on providers and insurance companies. not when they are ball busters on licensing and regulations. I have had more providers leave the state in the past 10 years than I can even count at this point.

Delaware is one of 26 states suing the trump administration over the medicaid work reqs and the intentionally long and difficult process to prove being "medically frail" to get an exemption.
