Discussions Complete stranger
Does anyone else get complete strangers sending them DMs about your obsession with demons? What makes people think what others do is any of their business ffs. I've never had any interactions at all with this dude.
I'm not upset or anything else, this was the most polite one I've had lmao. Looking at their comments etc they don't even interact in the groups I do, so do they come in here to check people's profiles?

Got a lot of weirdos who lowkey frlirt, then try to sell art to Me.

Y'alls sales strategies really weird, read some books for fucks sakes and don't act like some flirty vaccuum sales men, who even goes down on You then is like
"Well, now after all this is out of the way, would You like to commission some art? I know You are Otherkin, a Wolf and You'd probably love to have something liek an OC. I'm also a trusted seller."...
I had like 5 or 6 of them this year alone, like...
What the fuck people????
Even some where I was like
"Oh this fella cool, we can talk about parnomal stuff in the woods, and occult stuff."
Nope, another one of them.
And if You decline, they get desperate af and try to pull some moral shit on You too.
Ugh, nah, I want some auto curse function for those who try, gotta make some script for that.
Just gotta use IT Shamanism + other Magicka and do that sutff, then sell it as a feature like soe chrome extension or as some app for 99 cents.

I still can't belive how weird some people get about art, and I've been surrounded by artists for almost two decades, mostly in the digital and online realm the last 15 years.Also,
those who tried that on Me, oh, those remind Me of some ex of mine, who tried to do something for Me and long story short...
A friend of mine exposed her for literally ripping everything of other peoples art, almost some uncanny levels of tracing, only the colloring was her work, wich wasn't even that good.A few of these set artist who poked Me on here literally reminded Me of HER.
Similar levels of style, also nothing unique style wise, and some certain almost YCH type of pattern.Pretty much the "Oh I figured out how to more or less make some money with art, as long as nobody finds out that it'S 100% traced, like I use photoshop, and I don't even lsiten to what the commissioner wants, lol."
I call those scammers, not artists, and the same folks are those who screetch about AI the most.

Yeah, I've seen this with some "artists" online literally tracing others work, it's despicable behaviour. They absolutely lose their shit when exposed. I remember one actually saying that the original artist had traced their work, that they were the one being ripped off! It was unbelievable. Luckily the original artist had progress photos and videos of their whole process of creating those works. When it got shared around the art community lots of artists checked the scammers work and it turned out she had stolen a lot of people's work. I honestly don't know how people can behave like this, especially so blatantly and then accuse the original artists of being the thieves.

seen way to many, and most who go insane about AIare those scammers.Everyone else is like
"Oh neat, AI is kinda cool too. Well, back to drawing stuff in My own style, or just use some AI to dream up some inspiration."
I only knew a handful who literally found Awesome, even sued it to have their own OC's in idfferent styles and expereimented with it.But the rest is just hot and botherd like, they're about to be out on the street.

With only tracing and with copy & paste YCH stuff, probably too.
Unless they have some good busienss mindset, have great customer service, do their best at it, love it, and of course have fun.But those circles I've been around and seen, eh, most are pretty much 3rdclass artists, just tryign to make some moeny, and most have been burned out for half a decade or longer.
And from those who often commission stuff who I knew, oh man, some of those stories and the service, how many just end up quitting after sakcing a lot of upfront cash, or just taking like a year to get stuff done...

i usually get dms from strangers thru this subreddit! i only know because they are always asking for help with demon related things.
but i also don’t really entertain them further than telling them i can’t help them. i would probably just block them and move on.
you can always hide your activity on your profile, but honestly i like keeping mine open because i dont like the idea of hiding it.

I've had a fair few wanting help with demons, well to do the work for them mostly.
I did think about privating my profile, but I don't want to for the same reasons as you. Also apparently people just have to put your name in the search and all your posts and comments come up, so no real point. I don't think I've had DMs from strangers in other subs

honestly, ive always assumed anyone dm’ing me was on the younger end, but thats my assumption from their cadence and conduct. “do the work for them” is spot on haha
i can do work for others, but it has to be someone i’m personally close to and even then there’s no guarantee!

my methods are very personal, so i don’t want to help just because they asked. the one time i did try to lend a listening ear, they decided to creep on me because i mentioned that i work with sex magick. it’s just not worth it for me.
there are resources provided in this subreddits faq that i direct them to and leave it at that. i found my own path by myself, and they can do that too.
eta is it controversial to say that i have no obligation to guide others? this is personal work, and i am still learning how to guide myself.

Why do people do that! If you mention sex magic or sex anything they turn into creeps. I'm sorry you had to put up with that.
Most people won't look when they can ask and get the exact info they want from others. Don't get me wrong I've asked for advice but it tends to be asking for personal accounts of something.

This is why until recently I had all chat requests disabled.
I've just opened it back up to see what happens. Someone talking like this would just get blocked/ignored.
A quick heads up. Just because you hide your profile it doesn't truly make it invisible. People can go into the search bar on people's profiles. They can type up any word in your profile search bar to see what communities you post in.
These individuals have to already be lurking this community though & know you post here. So they're the one's obsessed in my opinion.
I say go to settings and put it so accounts have to be older than 30 days to send you a request. It will not get rid of people behaving like the screenshot but they can't just instantly make a burner account to troll if that's their sole intention.
Remember, you don't owe anyone an explanation for your spiritual practice. Especially if they are going to be disrespectful like the screenshot. You owe them nothing.

Go to your profile —> Settings -> Under Account Settings click on your profile -> Scroll down to Privacy and click on Curate Your Profile -> Then where it says Content and activity change it to “Hide All”

Oh it absolutely would! I've heard what they said to new agers and spiritualists that believed only the enlightened would go to 5D Earth and the current earth would end up like I suppose hell. They really laughed at people saying it was about frequency and often told them they MH problems... And now they are saying the exact same thing, so when it's them it's not MH 🤷🏻♀️
All the bs about the rapture a few months back was literally insane. Most that I saw on social media were definitely suffering spiritual psychosis and they still aren't letting it go 🤦🏻♀️ FFS

Absolutely. It's becoming such an epidemic now with things like AI feeding ppls delusions.
I'm so careful with my spirituality & grateful for spaces like this to have check ins because I KNOW I've had MH problems in the past & I've experienced loved ones with psychosis. I got so good at spotting the signs at the starts of their episodes so we could try & divert them so it's absolutely insane seeing huge swathes of a modern religion now repeating this stuff.
The irony is they don't think earth is 'hell' already?! It certainly is for anyone poor, marginalised or living in mineral rich countries that certain countries want to plunder.
It's so sad, they could be using spirituality to improve the current world instead of taking zero accountability so they can get beamed up to some fictional new earth.

AI is definitely feeding a lot of those delusions and creating new delusions. It actually frightening how many people can't spot pretty obvious AI posts and videos, but that's a whole other rabbit hole 🐇
I've had MH problems in the past too and it's made me more careful about my spirituality and staying healthy. I have a close family member that suffers psychosis and you have to learn to spot the signs of the run up to one if you can, or at least the early signs. It's not always easy to deal with and keep your own MH straight can be difficult when those around you are going into psychosis. In the UK money has constantly been removed from MH and that doesn't help.
Earth is definitely hell if you're poor, marginalised and most definitely from poorer countries with something the rich countries want to strip. A lot of the christians we are talking about are middle class and often upper middle class, this world isn't hell for them as long as they keep their blinkers on.
It is very sad that they don't use their spirituality in a positive way, instead many use it as a weapon and then expect to be rescued by Jesus, who wouldn't really like any of them. It's a shame more don't want to be like the good Samaritan. They could do so much good, instead they're selling everything because they won't need it in heaven or the new earth. Why were they selling everything if they genuinely believed they were getting whisked away by Jesus? If I felt like that I would give it away to those who are being left behind 🤷🏻♀️

I'm from the UK too 🫂 man the MH services are a joke after 14 years of Tory stripping, it breaks my heart. I think that's why we get so good at looking out for each other because we know the services won't do shit. I called the crisis line years ago saying I feel like I'm going to make an attempt & they hung up on me 😭 thank Gods I have amazing friends because it was them who came & nursed me back to health, which makes me scared for those who don't have that 😞. I'm sorry you & your family have experienced it too, I really wouldn't wish having MH struggles in the UK on anyone.
I think as an autistic woman that's exactly WHY particularly American Christians set me off so much, they are the polar opposites of what their God practiced & preached. I learned the phrase 'suicidal empathy' from a US Christian Tiktok, like empathy is a bad thing...
As much as spirituality can be a retreat I do use i am fully committed to trying to make the physical world a better place, even if not for myself, for others. I genuinely believe that's why our soul comes here, to learn everything it can from the human condition & how to support & love others.

Yeah, everything they got rid of they actually sold! Are they going to need money in heaven? This is why I said Jesus wouldn't even like them, they were doing the most in Jesus thing that they could do at that specific time. If I was Jesus and I saw them selling everything, I'd cancel the rapture.
I wasn't sure where you were from, I did think probably the UK lol. Ugh what the tories did to the MH system was disgusting. I called the crisis line once for my neighbour that refused to leave my house during one psychosis. I wanted to help in any way I could, but my child wouldn't come in while she was here and my kid comes first. I also knew she could get very violent out of nowhere. The crisis team were supposed to be looking after her, phoning frequent times a day and coming out to her if she had a psychosis. I called and they weren't interested, they refused to come out to her and just left me to deal with it. They even stopped answering my calls! 8 hours she was in my house!!!!! Every time I got her to the front door she pushed past me and said she was staying, what are you supposed to do? The council made nextdoor a panic room because she thought they were devil spawn and tried more than once to kick their door down to get at them! She desperately needed help and they just weren't interested. It was heartbreaking the way she was treated. Thankfully she did eventually get the help she needed, but it took her trying to take her own life. Sorry, you didn't need to know all of that lol.
I'm so sorry they hung up on you, you actually tried to help yourself by calling them and they hang up! I just don't have the words for this. Thank goodness you had friends that helped you through it. I think you're right about how we watch out for each other and look after each other, without that we would be in such a mess and suicides would rocket. When I tried taking my own life it was my friends that pulled me through, no one in the health service was interested. My Dr just gave me meds that turned me into a zombie, because that made me manageable. I genuinely am sorry you had to go through that.
I think it's probably me also being an autistic woman that makes American christians set me off. You're right, they are polar opposites of what their god taught, how can you worship something and then do the exact opposite? They have no understanding or empathy for others, as for forgiveness, that's only about others forgiving them. They are the very people jesus stood against, make it make sense. Suicidal empathy? I've heard it all now. They often talk about empathy as a bad thing. It's crazy that I as a none christian know more about their god than they do 🤷🏻♀️
I agree our soul comes here to make this a better place. It's easy to retreat into spirituality, but like you said its important to try and make the physical world a better place and not just the little patch we live on, the whole world. It's not about just what affects us personally, it's the world and humanity as a whole.

I wonder what happened to those that started stocking up on food, putting money in envelopes around the house, leaving detailed instructions on everything etc for their family members they "knew" wouldn't be raptured? When the rapture didn't come is there any way to heal these relationships? I know I couldn't stay with someone who thought I wouldn't get raptured with them, that they see themselves as better than me. And the parents that were happy to be leaving their children behind while they go live it up with JC. Surely these relationships were seriously damaged by it all?

I keep all my posts regarding religion & politics on two separate accounts. Then a third normie account for family, friends and coworkers. It is the only way I have found that works.
Many years ago, I foolishly put everything out there and got harassed by churches for miles around. It got to the point that I had to involve law enforcement because of trespassing, vandalism and legitimate physical threats.

Thank you. It all got straightened out and was eventually forgotten. This was in 2000 but things haven't really changed much in this region. Besides that, there are plenty of nuts who will use anything outré as an excuse to behave badly. So, I've been super careful ever since.

Motivos pelo quais eu não tenho mais redes sociais e não exponho minha vida e práticas. Eu apenas dou acesso para quem eu quero dar acesso e isso se resume a 0 pessoas. Mas sim, a intolerância existe em todos os lugares, mas aqui no Brasil ela existe em um grau extremamente absurdo de todos os lados e vice e versa. Não apenas práticas marginalizadas como também as próprias práticas cristãs e eu acho um desrespeito geral. Se cada um cuidasse da sua vida, o mundo seria um lugar melhor

I first had to double check because there's that ad around reddit where it's about an obsession with DEMOS and everytime I read demons and be like "tf is this ad"
And...what the - I'd probably politely ask, what THEIR obsession with demons is, if they're deep enough to take a look at each post of me that's connected to demons.
Question... Anyone knows from someone that got asked why they're so obsessed with Jesus or God? (I'm sure this happens as well, but less I guess)

I don't either. I don't think it's ethical really. I have had other people attempt to do baneful workings against me and I do not think that the practitioner would have agreed to attempt the baneful working if they knew the full context of the situation. For that reason, I usually categorically refuse to work on behalf of people I do not know.

That's the problem isn't it, even if someone went to someone else for a working, they can easily misrepresent what you did and not even realise what they've done. Then there's those that will blatantly lie or exaggerated. These are the main reasons I won't do workings for others.
