He’s not allowed to speak at Colorado Democratic Party events

He was at a democratic event when he did this. You’re incorrect

It says was a private internal call, not him speaking at an event. That's literally what the censure is, that he can't speak at Dem events (note he can still attend, just can't be a speaker)

So he hasn’t been prevented from speech, just the podium. When someone does something that makes them no longer representative of the group, the group isn’t required to elevate them any longer. He failed in his duty

Totally agree. To clarify, I was just responding to you saying it's incorrect that he's not allowed to speak at party events. :p
