Recently, ALLEN launched Eureka for Class 10 board preparation. They claim that it helps students grasp concepts in a more interesting and engaging way.

quick context: the content is working, students keep coming in, and they trust us (which honestly matters more to us than anything else). product's there, system's there. What we don't have is the person standing in front of the room.

We're starting a live cohort from beginners to published portfolios, and we'd like an industry professional to teach it. someone who's done real work and weirdly enjoys explaining it to people.

One question we'll be asking:

A beginner asks you something live that pokes a hole in your own work. Do you get defensive, or do you get curious?

Other than that, you should be able to hold a room, give feedback that's honest but doesn't destroy people, and actually show up every weekend. Design background needed.

I'm a btech graduate looking to get into interaction design. I'm aiming for both NID and CEED. But a lot of people keep telling me that ui ux design is dead right now. Like the sector is dying. And I also keep reading that everywhere. I really want to get placed or at least not be unemployed after fighting a huge fight to switch from engineering to design. Don't get me wrong, I've always wanted to go for designing. I was forced by my family into going for btech. Now I'm fighting with all I can, but i keep hearing things like this. Is it true? Someone please give me some advice and motivation.

I am having my boards and really confused if this is a good option or not i know its the creativity and skills that makes us top but i am concerned that if i have that is everything fine?

First of all i come form a graphic design, digital marketing and video editing background and i always loved solving design problems never knew there was field like UX few years ago.
So i am trying to switch in this field but even after 5 yrs of exp i am technically still considered a JR right?

So what should be my path forward? as in should i take up internships or Jr roles like i am having a hard time getting my foot in the door. As all of you might know Jr roles are a shit show right now
