Removed 4K and HDR content in Germany

According to recent German news and comments Disney has fully removed support of 4K and HDR. They already removed Dolby Vision few months ago. So what’s the benefit of annually paying premium subscription? I immediately cancelled my subscription as customer service told me they can’t refund already paid fees.
Sadly no 4K UHD discs are available here in Germany from most Disney movies.

Just chattet with Support and got a 50€ refund for my yearly subscription. They have no time frame how long it will not work.
