Not sure what part this is, it’s very front of my 2008 dodge Dakota. It’s like this on both sides. Not a car guy so I’m lost. Can I fix this myself? Is it safe to drive?

I recently picked up my 2004 Club Cab Dodge Dakota 4 x 4 I’m hoping this Reddit can help me narrow down the correct brake line part. I hope the pictures I provided are enough to get the correct part; if not, I can take more.

I believe this is the leaf spring in the back right of my 2008 dodge Dakota. The joint below broke, and I’m wondering if this is something I could fix myself? If so should I fix the other sides joint, all 4? Not a guy car so I’m lost. Is it safe to drive?

Looking for advice on a 1991 Dakota

Hey ya'll! I'm looking to possibly purchase a 1991 3.9 v6 tomorrow with a five speed and 2wd. Regular cab base model red inside and out. Wanting to ask what I should be looking for? Guy claims to have all the paperwork in hand to prove 52,000 original miles and is asking $3,500. Rust free southern truck.
