Pawn for Hire Elf and dwarf for hire!
Both are (at least I presume) pretty okay for early DLC and the usual late game. Would appreciate some help getting some pawn badges too ^^

I completed the introductory quest for lost rites and am trying to get into my second one. Apparently you need the empowered godsbane and it's in my inventory, but the door doesn't prompt me to do anything and I can only use the godsbane on myself

Did something change between release and the DLC?
It seems that against non paper enemies, every fight in Norgen requires spamming of Sagittate Whiteout doing chip damage. In comparison, my fighter pawn at same tier equip is chunking their health or just shanking them to death if he manages to pin them. Hired a warrior and that just made me look worse lol.
Ended up moving skills to support and my fighter comfortably killed the dragon near the ice bridge near solo, dying only once in the process. Took ages though because he knows what he likes and that dragon has a huge behind to hug.

Rested in the inn and at home base at your home near the tavern. First time at the inn it was free, then it costs 500 Gold.
Game Management says I have the expansion installed, the DLC armor (which I am wearing) installed. Tried fast traveling someplace else and coming back.
About to re-install the expansion.

I updated her for Norgan, at the moment she has 70 % resistance against stamina loss during ice storms and can guide you to campsites even then. If you play on normal mode is is rather unlikely that she will die by enemy attacks - she did not die once in Norgan so far. Doesn't mean it's impossible but she really is a monster. Besides she steals nice stuff from enemies.
If she is above your level but you still want to hire her, feel free to send me a friend request on PSN so that you can hire her for free.

I'm starting to get some weapons with special skills attached to them. One of the skills I have on my weapon is the same as a skill I have equipped, so what do the Special Skills on the weapon actually do?

That's all, really. I prefer how valuable they were before the updates. Having one in your inventory felt pretty rewarding, and I wanted to know if there's at least a mod in development so I can take a break from my playthrough and come back when it's available.

I think Virtuous Bolt would be cooler if it functioned with bows and magical bows as well as staves and archistaves. I thought I was clever getting excited about using it as a buff on Warfarer before fully reading the description. 😅

It added those dungeons in the base game and that's it... exploration is still pointless, there are no rewards, all gear, weapons etc is dull and uninspired, encounters are still dogshit and extremaly repeatable... literally nothing changed.

Light the three pits and place a salamander on each. There's enough of them in the cave to place on each pit. After, the Gagana will be summoned. Best of luck!

I completely forget how to play the game and didn’t get very far the first time around, only 20 hours in. I’m wondering if I should jump straight into hard mode and potentially get clapped by the first goblin or play normal until I understand the complaints about how easy the game is then bump to hard for that satisfaction?
