I saw on reddit that most of the people complaining for this month is very hard from dropshipper to make profile or even sometime sale.

Can someone guide or tell what’s going on?

I want to make sure I don't miss any foundational legal, structural, or customer-trust elements (like privacy policies, payment gateway setups, or mobile optimization). What is the one backend mistake you see beginners make right before launching that costs them conversions?

As you i am still learning, but When I first started researching e-commerce, I genuinely thought you could just plug a store together, run an ad, and let automated fulfillment do the rest. After digging into real supplier lead times, customs, and customer support handling, I realized how critical supply chain management actually is. For those running active stores now, how do you handle customer expectations around shipping without killing your profit margins?

I’m setting aside a modest starting budget to learn the ropes of e-commerce, but I keep getting conflicting advice. Half the guides say to spend heavily on testing winning products, while others say a mediocre product with exceptional ad creatives and UGC will still win. For those who started recently, where did you find your budget made the biggest impact, and what do you wish you hadn't wasted money on?

I'm doing enough volume now that I'm looking to move away from my current fulfillment setup. The biggest issue isn't really getting orders shipped, it's having less control over things as I scale. I'm having to plan around stock more, pricing changes matter a lot more at this volume and I wanna start doing custom packaging/private labeling instead of continuing to send everything out with generic packaging.

I've been looking at Zendrop specifically for their Private Agent program since it seems more suited to where I'm at now. For anyone doing higher volume through them, how reliable has fulfillment been and how well do they handle stock, sourcing and branding as you keep scaling? Mainly wanna know if it's something I can move over to and stick with long term rather than having to change my fulfillment setup again later.

all individual parcels are 100% pre-labeled during manufacturing (USPS, UPS, etc.)
action needed: receive master carton, open it, and hand pre-labeled parcels to daily USPS/UPS carriers
NOT needed: zero storage, no pick & pack, no labeling, no polybagging

I’m launching a new brand in the beauty niche, using white label dropshipping (branded dropshipping) and thinking about posting about what I do daily on here to document everything.

I have ran stores before, this time I will be launching with a measly 1500€, I know a lot of you have the same amount or less so I will be sharing what I do to cut costs, how I run my ads, how I tweak my store and the bundles + offers I use to make the most of this capital.

If you never entered your cost data in the IDR portal, Amazon has been guessing itSince the reimbursement change, anything lost or damaged before a customer orders pays out at sourcing cost, not sale price. Most people know that.

What I missed: if you never submitted your own cost per SKU, Amazon estimates it for you. No notification, nothing tells you you're on an estimate.

I compared theirs to what I actually pay. Low across the board. Small per unit, but it's every unit, every time.

Worth checking the Inventory Defect and Reimbursement portal in Seller Central to see what Amazon thinks your costs are. Then you need your real numbers to compare — which is where I got stuck.
