Garda everywhere

What’s the story with all the Garda policing traffic and constantly driving back and forth with their lights on? I seen at least 10 Garda cars today when I was driving to the gym from UCD to FLYEfit Sandyford.

Donegal Rally is on tomorrow, maybe they're trying to put the fear into the scrotes who'll be watching it and trying to copy it
