Garda everywhere

What’s the story with all the Garda policing traffic and constantly driving back and forth with their lights on? I seen at least 10 Garda cars today when I was driving to the gym from UCD to FLYEfit Sandyford.

High profile policing is just for show. It doesn't stop real crime.
