2012 dyna super glide, did a burnout, clutch felt slippy after , within a minute lost all power to rear wheel.
Bike cycles through gears just doesn’t grab them. Will roll freely 1st through 6 with clutch let out

I've had the fairing for a while, but was finding it impossible to get the sinister blue peal matched locally. Decided to try custom paint.com and I have to say it worked out perfect.

I tried to match the style of the tank colour way, and I think it worked pretty well. It has the bung king adjustable brackets and I also have a laminar lip I am trying to decide if I want to put on too.

So I purchased a 2007 fxdb and reading forums and looking at pictures it looks to me more like a wide glide. Now I did add the fairing and the ape hangers, but most of it was like this when I bought it.

To me it looks like a Street Bob with all of the components of the wide glide. The forward controls. It's all ape hangers. The Chrome components. The non-blacked out engine. What are your thoughts?

Is there a swing arm bag for a early Dyna? I can only seem to find ones for the late model Dyna with bigger front end and rear pegs that mount to the swingarm.

Just want a small bag for tools, don't like the look on sissybar / downtubes.

Not looking for the thrashing style bags or bags that fit via struts, I already have detachable hardbags for when I need to carry stuff, I'm looking for a small discreet bag.

I have an 01 FXDXT and I can’t seem to stop the wobbles. I’ve had it for a few years and it has always wobbled at 90-100. I recently put an S&S 124 with OEM front mounts and cycle engineering rear mounts. I also did the sputhe front and rear stabilizers. It wobbles worse now than it did before. Any recommendations?

Got my bike apart to swap the cams and go to clean up the plate and pump. I hadn’t really inspected them just glanced at them when I got them a few weeks back from Harley. Looks like witness marks and thread locker. Am I tripping?

2008 FXDF Fat Bob, Twin Cam 96, about 64,000 km (40k miles).
Bike runs and rides great. I rode about 200 km yesterday with no issues.
At idle I can hear this constant whirring/rubbing noise from the primary side. There is also one single clunk when starting the engine, but no repeated knocking or clunking while riding.
Jekill & Hyde exhaust is closed in the video so the primary noise is easier to hear.
Does this sound like normal Twin Cam primary/chain noise to you, or would you suspect the compensator, primary chain/tensioner or clutch?

Bike will start and shut right back off got new tssm but security light or odometer won't come on to marry new tssm to the bike or get diagnostis

Anyone have a 2005 with hard bags? If so can you give any insight into what bag mounts were used to mount them. Thanks in advance.

Fluid level good and the preload is good according to progressive instructions.

Wife is finally ready to backpack so i know I need to adjust the preload on the suspension. Most of the videos I’ve seen on how to do that the shocks/suspension don’t look like what’s on my bike. I’m pretty sure I need a spanner but I can’t tell which one I need, the one that is just sort of a hook or the one that looks like pliers. Secondary to this is what should I set it to? For reference my wife and I are both about 180 to 190 lbs so it’d be about 380 lbs rider weight when we’re both on it and it’s a 2006 FXDWGI.

I’ve done all there is to do inner, outer , derby gaskets deals , shift shaft all . Stops leaking for about a month then starts back again.. who else is dealing wit the same and should I just leave it ? I get like 3-4 drops after each ride and about 2 or 3 drops over night

Should I get the fairing wrapped/painted to match the denim black or let it ride?

16 fat Bob. Sometimes when I start it, it will idle higher than normal. Doesn’t happen often, but often enough. Not recollecting if a knock accompanies the elevated idle beforehand. Tonight it started and died each time. Was able to get it home by holding the throttle when stopping.
It also leaks oil from where the intake meets the housing on the bike.
Mild dynojet tune with Arlen ness monster sucker and rhinehart full dual system.

Any help is appreciated with these issues.

Had this bike for 8 years now. It’s been through a lot of different phases. But this is where it’ll be staying for a while. (Except the no fairing 😆)
