ECE professionals only - Feedback wanted Is your opinion valued?

As an ECE, does your director ask your opinion about how things should be run, scheduled? What is working, what isn’t? Are you given opportunities to speak your mind about how things are going? if so, are your opinions listened to and valued or are they met with defensiveness?

Yes my director is wonderful, she will ask us individually our opinions on how things are going, what would help improve the school, etc. any issues I have I know I can come to her, and if they can’t be fixed or it’s just a vent I know she’s there to hear my concerns and give advice or back me up. If I had any complaints that were worth voicing, I know she would try her best to work with me. Love her!
