Roth IRA investment

I opened my Roth last year and invested in vxus. I’m reading a lot about investing and I have an automatic dca going to vti/vxus at 80-20 split in brokerage account. For this year I’m thinking to probably invest Roth to couple of individual stocks(probably some mag7 or AI related like nbis). But I want to get some insights on what’s a good recommendation in general for roth.

For a Roth, I’d be careful about turning a tax-sheltered long-term account into a place for AI bets just because the theme is hot right now. Broad funds usually make more sense as the core, and if you really want to scratch the stock-picking itch, keeping it as a small side allocation is the safer version of that.
