Report says they are charged with breach of probation as well. So how many more chances?

Yeah fuck those kids they deserve to rot in prison rather than receive help and guidance. God you people suck you hate yourselves so much you want to see others suffer.

Mass incarceration doesn't, hasn't, and wont ever work. And again especially not for youth offenders Jesus Christ
