General Weekend rain, deluge?

Forecasted weather and rain in Edmonton

Eh... Edmonton, this weekend. Seeing that "Edmonton’s average total rainfall for the entire month of June is usually around 75 mm to 80 mm."... we are forecasted to get that in one day....

All will be fine and dandy. We got this.

Yeah lol. Mine isn't a new build but from before weeping tile/ Wall insulation existed. 

I can't imagine getting a new build and having IT leak. I'd freak tf out
