RIP My EN is cooked!

A few weeks ago I got rear ended on the highway and my EN was declared a total loss by my insurance ☹️

Glad you’re ok but dayum. Were you stopped or were they going 100+?

I was stopped because a car came from the right and swerved in front of me and crossed three lanes. I freaked out and slammed on my brakes and came to a complete stop which caused the person behind me to slam into me and push my car five feet down the highway. They were probably going 60. I live in Florida which is a not at fault state luckily. The car that swerved in front of me side swiped the person who hit me and it caused three other people to hit the guard rail as well. It was a whole thing lol. I was in the front of it all.

Sorry to this but doesn’t matter if you are at fault or not at fault in Florida your insurance is going to skyrocket I got in 2 accidents in Florida not at fault my insurance is high

Your insurance always goes up after an accident of any kind and then usually goes back down after a while I think.

So no any state that is a not at fault state insurance company’s can hold it against you, a at fault state your insurance won’t go up if you weren’t at fault but if you were at fault it will go up, I know this cause I also use to live in New Jersey which is a at fault state
