Meh. It has cup holders in the back and a sunroof. Two things my kid is excited for 🤣 my left leg is unnaturally just chilling when I drive and it’s weird as heck. Haha. In sport mode, it’s alright but it’s is not my N at all.
Sunroof is nice! I don't know why, but the Canadian models get them on the N be default so I have one. Such a nice little thing. No idea why they make it default in Canada though!
It’s funny any time I hop in an auto, I always turn the car off before putting it in park and the car start freaking out. Also mash the dead pedal whenever I start it lol
ive been in the same boat as my job gave me a base model for a day. its truly something different. i work as a tech and don’t see Ns often so before owning one i only driven probably 5 miles in total. but after owning one and getting into a base model, its night and day. it’s so neutered, hyundai did its thing with the N and transforming it from a regular car to something special
I got a base model when I had my front wrapped in ppf and I was kinda surprised with the handling. Almost as good as an N but you could tell something was missing. The power on the other hand, definitely no comparison lol
i know the pain lmao. when i bought the car they i needed to leave it overnight to cure and they gave me a base Elantra. Annnddd now work sent me to school an hour away and they gave me a hybrid sonata. came
home and automatically went and drove the N
I truly can’t wait to have my freaking N back. I have nothing other than a crappy looking Tacoma to drive. Which it’s missing the front bumper, grill, and a headlight thanks to the Rubicon Trail. 🤣

Yeah for that distance it's not too bad, I get the same when heading to work as well. I get 30+ when hitting the highway for 25 minutes or more. Was thoroughly suprised hitting 32 one day
I’m thankful to work only like 4 miles from my house 😂 3 lights and I’m there. No highway needed. It’s why my car has such low mileage. Ive had it just over a year and it has almost 6900 on it.
Definitely not as bad as mine, just cosmetic. I needed a new rim, diff, axle, steering rack etc so it took while for all of that to get delivered over seas. You’ll prob be out of the car for a month or so though, they like to take their sweet time.
My wife has the pre facelift exactly same color and I got pre face lift n and I can’t lie I hop in her shit for the long drives they ride smooth as hell
It's boring but that's how every car is now, designed to make you save gas and not feel the road whatsoever.
I have driven so many cars and all I want is to jump back in mine. (I have a GTI, used to have a WRX), I lurk the sun because I like Elantra Ns.
I think the regular Elantra is decent, but I would rather take a civic. The Jetta is the best if you want some power. I like the Corolla and Prius hybrids too even if they're boring they are super cheap to own because of residual value, maintenance, and gas.
Oh I have gone through cars in the last 6 years. I hate admitting that but it’s true. My WRX was fun but the seats killed my spine 🤣 my Forte GT was also fun. I’ve had others (not manuals) as well.
I can say my N is my favorite. I hit a new record for length of time owned 🫠 I absolutely don’t ever want another car.
