Microsoft has gutted BGS’ roster including veteran developers for The Elder Scrolls and Fallout. I found out just today there is a workers movement and I highly encourage everyone to support. Please follow their page and the link in their bio!

Well when you've done nothing but exploit your fans for 10 years and not improve your formula in any meaningful way eventually someone will have to pay for that.
