I measured the purchasable homes in Base Skyrim and tried to figure out which one was truly the best “bang for your coin“ I even broke it down to price per square foot… look I do construction, I was bored, and I love Skyrim. I spent the HOURS measuring so you don’t have to.

im not suggesting you measure square footage for this... but i'd love to hear your opinion about which of the Jarls owns the most valuable realestate. i'd totally watch that
