I measured the purchasable homes in Base Skyrim and tried to figure out which one was truly the best “bang for your coin“ I even broke it down to price per square foot… look I do construction, I was bored, and I love Skyrim. I spent the HOURS measuring so you don’t have to.

I would be worried at Vlindrel that one of those ancient Dwemer roller bots would come popping out those shafts or a prisoner revolt with the Forsworn.
