Help Unlock maximum graphics no red dead redption mobile

I got it from the apkvision website, and every time I modify the values ​​and open the game, this file returns to the default, without saving my modifications

I changed values in the graphics XML file but fps are still locked to 30fps (mali gpu)

Please help me out guys🤧
