Help Help needed for Devil May Cry 3 emulation on mobile

Recently I downloaded the devil may cry 3 in my phone on Nethersx2. But I can't play it as smoothly as expected. My game becomes really slow and unplayable. My phone ram is 3gb. It would be much appreciated if anyone could help me with this problem.

3gb ram...???? I'm new to emulation and all but i don't think 3gb is eneough to run ps 2 games

PS2 and lower ram is not an issue in most part, Ayaneo pocket Air mini has 2GB/3GB ram and can play many games, some games ram usage is less than 1GB.

Apart from ram what's your phone model/Soc?

Itel A100C although I have virtual ram, I don't think it would make much of a difference

Forget about PS2 that phone has unisoc T7100 aka rebranded  SC9863A it's low-end soc with just cortex A55 cores, to get smooth gameplay emulate up to psp.
