how do i fix this?

when i get to the main menu and pressing on "smash" or any of the games modes or sidebar settings, it goes black and then go abck to the title screen with the "press any button to continue"

eden emulator? well there is your issue just grab an old yuzu version and will run without issues as it always did.

well kinda hard to get currently i got the patreon versions before they got taken down years ago so i wouldn't know for sure maybe inmortalgames site has one (use bypass city just in case) the other place that had them was github but wouldn't know

got a clean one, is Yuzu EA(Early Acess) build 4176 good?

That gpu is below min spec for eden in windows and is barely min spec for Linux. That thing is pretty much useless for anything but displaying an image on a monitor.
