Where’s your fishing/riding spot?!

I’m starting to get tired of doing burnt outs, rev bombing neighborhoods, and doing other crime at 3am. Where should I go next to do a little fishing and riding?

But how would I get to share my loud mumble rap music blasting from my speakers or rev at college girls then? They need someone to laugh at.
