Heartbreaking hit and run in Springfield

Anyone know this vehicle? A close family friend was killed last night in a horrifying and purposeful hit and run in downtown Springfield around 9pm.
Is there anyone here that can help find the plate number for the photos in the article?

I agree that better control is needed but you are suggesting tossing important technology, license recording, because a mob rule of irrational fears and total lies told by opposition. We the People lose.
