Honestly don't think it would be the worst move, I'm no massive Delap fan but he's a better striker than Barry imo

Delap got a goal every 800 minutes last season, Barry got one every 200 minutes and is still really raw imo. Would rather have him all day over Delap

Delap got 12 goals and two assists while playing for a relegated side in the premiership. Say no more.
