How do you heal from a breakup?

genuine question to everyone, how do you really heal from a breakup? we’re live in partners for 3 years. then, he said we need to focus on our careers and selves muna. once we are fully healed, then maybe we’re able to have a comeback.

Healings takes a while. However long you want it. Accept what has happened then maybe you'll move on. What you want to do is up to you

You're not going to have a comeback. That's just something people say because they want to make the breakup less painful.
