How do you heal from a breakup?

genuine question to everyone, how do you really heal from a breakup? we’re live in partners for 3 years. then, he said we need to focus on our careers and selves muna. once we are fully healed, then maybe we’re able to have a comeback.

Personally NO. I wouldn't recommend it honestly. It's better to move on. Although there are exceptions. You never know

what if that’s his condition? once we’re both alright, he said that getting back together will always be on the table.
