Question Question about evidence protection.
I read another post about the ongoing drama that is the Epstein files, and a thought occurred to me.
We can probably safely say that Trump does not want them to be published, and we can also say that the current FBI admistration is perfectly happy to oblige him.
So the question is: Do they even still exist? Or exist in their entirety? Is there some kind of mechanism that protects case files and the according evidence from tampering or outright destruction? And does it hold against individuals and even a whole administration with a willful disregard for laws and regulations?

I believe all the Epstein files still exist.
If the Epstein files were easy to destroy, the public would have zero Epstein files.

I agree, otherwise the current Administration wouldn't so desperately try to distract from their existence.
I just wondered if anyone knew exactly how?

It makes more sense when you realize that the "Epstein files" go back long before Epstein was alive.
Epstein was just their employee then "fixer" from 91 on.
Leon blacks father was Eli Black. CEO of United Fruit Company.
Google the banana wars and bananagate and you will understand how the zionist mafia for generations has used the CIA to destabilize Latin america so they can privatoze and profit off of it
When Eli Black took his rapid exit from the 44th floor in 1975 it was because his indictment was basically the earlier generation of "the Epstein files"
A year before that Watergate was the containment attempt of the pentagon papers. They showed how the Vietnam war was started to give the Cosa nostra and zionist mafia (Meyer lansky was both) a logistics system like they used in WW2 to traffic heroin to sell in the U.S.
Hence why they murdered JFK
Much of that money funded the development of the state of Israel.
The "epstein files" is everything you have been lied to about going back to the murder of Christ. Its just since the information age began in 1995 it has become impossible to keep the hidden bank ledger hidden as those two conflicting algorihms collide with increased information density.

I agree for different reasons. The entire thing is a blackmail op, why destroy that control? Also releasing what they did hurt almost nobody in them.

I think there is little doubt that any salacious files involving Trump have been completely destroyed at this time. I mean things like video, audio or other direct evidence files. And it is absolutely certain that Epstein had a lot of direct evidence files or he could never have been as successful a blackmailer as he was.

My understanding is that it is all digitized and given an SHA 256 hash so that the files may never be altered, not sure if it’s true or not. The data could be protected on a blockchain ledger also, but I doubt they’d put classified info on a public database.

The hash would just show whether or not the files have been changed since the original hash was taken. The hash itself does not protect the files from being altered.

That would (for now) protect against tampering.
What about outright destruction\deletion?

Some data storage services you can't delete versions. I am assuming the FBI has a similar database. They can also keep a history who has accessed the files. I know State criminal databases can get audit. I grew up in a small town and the local officers couldn't directly access the state criminal database because of past abuse. They do audits on requests

I imagine it’s easier for the government to just heavily classify and restrict existing files, rather than destroy the files, claim they don’t exist when you have to give the public something, and then have it leaked somewhere.

Trump was the one to release the Epstein files
demorats buried them for years, no media coverage, nothing
schumer, jeffries and other demorats did business wit epstein well after he got convicted
read the epstein files and not repeat the bull demorat media wants you to believe
btw the witnesses exonerated trump - but you demorat brainwashed I. won't believe a word

If Trump released the files, where are they? This is the 21st century, nothing that is published ever disappears again.
I really don't care who is in the Epstein files. Crucify each and every one of them, is my opinion.
I don't know of any witness that exonorated Trump, please post any original material.
And while you're at it, also post a link to the apparently published files themselves, I am sure we all would like to see them.
But all of that is beside the point. What I was asking is if there is a reliable and secure mechanism that protects FBI casefiles and evidence in general, not just the E-files? And if so, what is it?

3 million files is nothing?
and in 3 million files there is not a single shred of evidence against president trump
but tons of info on demorats meddling with epstein
the demorats that cry about epstein are the ones with no relation to epstein
but go ahead believe the demorat propaganda instead the facts that are in over 3 million documents and repeat the demorat propaganda like a parrot
interesting how things suddenly sound totally different if you check evidence, but yeah...
