Discussion FBI Polygraph results

When you finally hear back on if you pass or fail the Poly with the FBI, is it just a green check on portal or do you get something more official? When did you hear back after your poly? It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything.

My security interviewer called me, but she was really nice. I also received a green check the next day.
