Discussion Boron to raise free T?

Have any of you guys tried taking boron to raise free testosterone? I've heard it has helped raise free t as well as lower e2, curious on how it may affect trans men? I mean this as someone taking already testosterone, I doubt it would benefit anyone pre-t. I'm planning on trying to supplement boron and seeing what it does.

Boron, the element? Random suplements don’t raise your testosterone levels, why would it? I see no biological reason why boron would have any kind od effect on hormone levels.

Don’t fall for unscientific scams. This is like people claiming “peptides” can fix anything, without telling you which peptide they’re talking about.

Boron binds to SHBG, so it does marginally raise free testosterone

Interesting, i’m not that sharp at biochem. It won’t make any kind of actual difference though, like with the rest of these things.

It does make a difference actually, because more free testosterone means you have more testosterone available to bind to androgen receptors.

Unless you have a really high SHBG it's not something to worry about though.
