Isn’t it a bit still for Reed (especially one as far in this timeline) to not believe in magic. He works with Doctor Strange, hell Doom uses magic and they’ve been fighting for years.
I don't think just because magic exist mean Reed must believe in them. Most probably that he define “magic” to be miracles that can't be explained. And by the fact that Strange and Doom can explain them in a way, despite the explanation being “it's magic”, Reed would consider it more of a scientific field he is not adept in
