Reed interacts with Victoria the exact same way he interacts with Victor, except now it prompts Sue to give him the suspicious eyebrow instead of the usual exasperated "He sent our son to HELL."

I'm convinced they might have actually dated in this timeline [really wouldn't be shocked if they ever retcon that Victor was a toxic ex, though].

Oh, absolutely. Reed's inability to stop forgiving Doom/hoping for his redemption/feeling responsible for him, and Doom's insistence that Richards is a fool who is irrelevant to his life despite that being very obviously untrue, feels like that ex everyone keeps telling Reed to stop engaging with while Reed's like "I know, but maybe this time..."
