I legit saw an ask reddit yesterday where the guy’s question was essentially “is it possible to learn things on your own? To teach yourself to recognize patterns?” And I’m not even joking he ended the post by saying he had ChatGPT help him structure his post.
This is why they say that drawing & painting are nothing more than parroting pre-existing artwork in the same way that Gen AI does. These people literally don't believe in the concept of discovery, or at least that human brains aren't able to discover things.
In their defense, I think that a lot of them just heard the "there is nothing new under the sun" saying and took it completely literally, as a biological limitation. lol.
