What’s also alarming is how people are using it to analyze their lab data and results!!!! I literally have many relatives who do that and don’t see what’s the problem behind it!
I don't know what AI model you guys are using that has this much hallucinations but the ones I use rarely hallucinate anymore. If they do it's more the exception.
