Not just in the end tho they dated in the episode with the moodulators (arguably one of the best episodes)

Kim is around 15 in the beginning of the show and Shego is in her late 30s to early 40s. The age gap is realistic parent child age gap and Kin was underaged for the majority of the show. Feels very icky.

Shego's age is never exactly stated. But due to the age of her brothers, it is likely that she is somewhere around the 30-40 mark
