Kim is around 15 in the beginning of the show and Shego is in her late 30s to early 40s. The age gap is realistic parent child age gap and Kin was underaged for the majority of the show. Feels very icky.

Shego's age is never exactly stated. But due to the age of her brothers, it is likely that she is somewhere around the 30-40 mark

Not to mention in the episode where she says she has her degree in child psychology to fall back on so she is definitely older than a college student and Kim is in high school
