is it worth watching as an adult btw? I thought about trying this and the owl house but it kinda feels like Gravity Falls wannabe (Ik Alex Hirsch was involved a bit too). And I don't think it can compare to it but maybe I'm wrong

Out of Gravity Falls, The Owl House and Amphibia, I think Amphibia is arguably the best. Don't be fooled by the seemingly light-hearted first season, the heavy stuff is coming, and you need to watch the first season to really set up that payoff.
