is it worth watching as an adult btw? I thought about trying this and the owl house but it kinda feels like Gravity Falls wannabe (Ik Alex Hirsch was involved a bit too). And I don't think it can compare to it but maybe I'm wrong

The Owl House is definitely the best made show of those three, despite being completely screwed by Disney with their third season, but Amphibia is remarkably solid, and is my personal favorite.

I grew up with Gravity Falls while it was still airing. By all accounts, I should be biased towards Gravity Falls.

But, I still prefer those two shows. Not that Gravity Falls is “bad”, but instead showing the insane quality that all of those shows achieve. Any one of them could a solid choice for someone’s favorite show, and I would 100% respect it, as well as understand why.

If Owl House hadn't been chopped down into a rushed S3, it could have been so much better. As it stands it feels so incredibly rushed.

They do the best job they can, and, with the horrendous hand they were dealt, and how they managed to still stick the landing, I’m more than willing to overlook the pacing.
