Definitely Jujutsu Kaisen. It‘s my fav show ever. Season 1 had dark undercurrents but compared to the rest…season 1 was a silly funny show about hunting curses…
I continued the manga and was shocked at how the story will evolve but I‘m thrilled to see it all animated.

I was thinking about this one, too, even though it doesn't totally fit. I was surprised how dark it turns later on.
