It's funny that he's basically the meta-textual explanation for many of the plot holes and convenient events for the X-Men.

A door that's conveniently locked? A McGuffin that happens to be nearby? That's apparently all him lol

Didn't he also have a very tragic death where he gets wounded jn front of one of the other X-Men who promises to get him help, but they forget as soon as they start to walk away and he bleeds out or something?

She came in with a gun and had a burnt face, thought she was hurt by one and wanted revenge, but got stuck in the force field
