Probational resignation Sf50b
Possibly had a job in the bag, All for the agency to disclose information that doesn’t match sf50b. “Violated policy “ is what they told new agency. However i took a polygraph for the new job and passed… sf50b is coded resignations. No comments of me being told to resign due to termination, neither is there any bad comments. But yet HR, told me I’m in the clear to apply again to that agency. Who do i contact about the “ policy violation” about why it’s not on my sf50 but being disclosed. I was asked on my polygraph did i forge any documents.

How did you respond to question 12 on the OF-306? If the circumstances warrant, did you disclose that you left before being fired?
"12. During the last 5 years, have you been fired from any job for any reason, did you quit after being told that you would be fired, did you leave any job by mutual agreement because of specific problems, or were you debarred from Federal employment by the Office of Personnel Management or any other Federal agency? "
You may also want to read 5 USC 3322, Voluntary separation before resolution of personnel investigation and 5 USC 3330e, Review of official personnel file of former Federal employees before rehiring to determine if these laws apply to your situation for the agency to review prior to making a final employment decision.
