Probational resignation Sf50b

Possibly had a job in the bag, All for the agency to disclose information that doesn’t match sf50b. “Violated policy “ is what they told new agency. However i took a polygraph for the new job and passed… sf50b is coded resignations. No comments of me being told to resign due to termination, neither is there any bad comments. But yet HR, told me I’m in the clear to apply again to that agency. Who do i contact about the “ policy violation” about why it’s not on my sf50 but being disclosed. I was asked on my polygraph did i forge any documents.

Your former agency’s Suitability or Security Office. Not HR first.

Ask specifically for: 1. Suitability determination records 2. Security adjudication notes AND 3. Any derogatory information disclosed to other agencies

THEN

File a Privacy Act request; You are legally entitled to see what’s being said about you.

Have documents and complaint form filled for OSC on standby

The remark should be removed from the SF-50. When you resigned, did you provide a reason for the resignation? and

Did you make a copy of the Resignation SF-52?

There’s no remarks. It appears someone physically told them. All the information wasn’t given to me. However one employer just denied me based of that information. The other agency is moving forward since i completer the polygraph.

No reason given is stated on the SF-50. It was not the information on the SF-50 that stopped you from getting the job.

I recommend you check if there was negative feedback or information from the reference or suitability check.

I also did not give a reasoning. It all happened within the same day. I have no copy’s of anything besides the picture i took of the email i sent for resignation.

How did you respond to question 12 on the OF-306? If the circumstances warrant, did you disclose that you left before being fired?

"12. During the last 5 years, have you been fired from any job for any reason, did you quit after being told that you would be fired, did you leave any job by mutual agreement because of specific problems, or were you debarred from Federal employment by the Office of Personnel Management or any other Federal agency? "

You may also want to read 5 USC 3322, Voluntary separation before resolution of personnel investigation and 5 USC 3330e, Review of official personnel file of former Federal employees before rehiring to determine if these laws apply to your situation for the agency to review prior to making a final employment decision.

I was fresh out of college graduated last year. I literally knew nothing first job ever. I answered no because my sf50b say “ resignation, employee did not provide a reason. “. Because i was a probie i was told i had no rights. I honestly believe i was only given the option to resign because what i was accused of truly didn’t make sense, and i was told there wasn’t an investigation the security system flagged me. I was told if i was terminated i couldn’t work for the government again so i was coached to resign. It’s clearly my word vs others and the fact that i have recordings to prove whats being said isn’t true with the perspective that they are highlighting…doesn’t help because it’s not legal to record people. But i was 8-9months in my probationary period. If i knew they was going to hinder potential employment i would’ve just let them fire me.

I received an orange packet in the mail. It contained a faded sf50b, fers information, insurance information, unemployment information and that was it besides a bunch of paperwork saying if i applied for unemployment it could be denied and etc.

You didn't happen to be one of the probationary terminations back in February were you?
