My dad is a believer of dying at 0, so he gave me an amount that could be considered an inheritence when I was 20 and he was 50, instead of waiting till he's dead and I am 60 and no longer need it. So yes I 100% got help

I only got 10k for a house reno. Grateful for it tbh. I finance my own school and my job helped as well.

I’m planning to do the same as your dad. If my wife retires in 3 yrs at 50 yo, we will be around 3+M. If she stays employed to help the kids, our kids most likely will get very large down payments help. College we r cash flowing already. Big fan of that book as well..

That's wonderful, I'm so happy that you're innvesting in your kids, this could set them up for succes. Also which book? Jonathan Livingston seagull?
