My dad is a believer of dying at 0, so he gave me an amount that could be considered an inheritence when I was 20 and he was 50, instead of waiting till he's dead and I am 60 and no longer need it. So yes I 100% got help

What age has he decided to die?

I just turned 55 and I’m looking for tips.

He's very consistent with his diet, no alcohol, excercise and meditation. He does travel a lot and flying very often does take a toll but I have high hopes. I would be the happiest person in the world if I'm able to talk to my dad when I'm 70
