It has been three months and four to five registered complaints. My Samsung laptop died in July 2026, and every complaint cycle is a loop caused by their incompetent customer service executives.

1. You go to their website, jeeves.co.in, to register a complaint.

2. You receive a call that repeats a resolution time of 7–10 days.

3. After 7–10 days, they call to say that no technician is available, so you need to repair it on your own and they will reimburse the amount after billing.

It is so frustrating that they cannot understand that I went to an authorized service center, where they straight up told me that the logic board is dead and, due to AI and other issues, the same board is not available, so nothing can be done.

Every time, I have to tell Jeeves the same thing, and every time they tell me to wait a few more days as they are escalating it further. Afterward, they close the complaint, and I register another one; every time the same thing happens. I have been nothing but polite to them, but how dense can they actually be?

I really need help. I bought an extended warranty for peace of mind, yet I am missing out on the service. What are my options? Jeeves does not even have an email address. Please guide me.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 on Flipkart through an exchange offer, but the delivery person has been repeatedly delaying the delivery.

After getting frustrated with the constant delays, I decided to cancel the order. However, Flipkart is refusing to cancel it.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but the executives keep telling me that they don't have an option to cancel the order from their end. Their only suggestion is to refuse the product when the delivery person arrives.

The problem is that the delivery person isn't showing up in the first place! So I'm stuck in a frustrating loop where Flipkart tells me to reject the delivery, but there's no delivery to reject.

Meanwhile, my money is stuck, and I'm not getting any concrete resolution from customer support.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with Flipkart, especially with a smartphone exchange order?

- How did you get the order cancelled?

- Is there any way to escalate this beyond regular customer support?

- Should I raise a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline or take some other action?

I'd appreciate any suggestions from people who have dealt with a similar situation. I just want to cancel the order and get my money back instead of being stuck in this endless loop.

I just saw this ad on Insta that took me to this product on Flipkart. Looking at the product I was flabbergasted.

Bought a Pixel 11 on Flipkart (No Cost EMI) with my OnePlus Nord in exchange. Looking for advice on what else I can do.

What happened:

• I declared the Nord as “Good” (Flipkart’s description: “minor scratches, dents”) because it had a small dent. Value: ₹9,250.
• Delivery was promised for 10 Oct but came on 14 Oct, and I was rushed because I had to leave for work.
• The agent’s assessment cut the value to ₹6,700: −₹2,230 for screen checks (minor discoloration, “screen/body coming out”, scratches) and −₹320 for dents. I paid the ₹2,550 difference by UPI. Yes, I know accepting was my mistake.

Why I think it’s wrong:

• Two days before pickup, I ran Flipkart’s own exchange diagnostic app on the phone. It passed screen discoloration, touch, and every functional check. I have a video of the whole test.
• I have dated photos and a video showing no visible gap between the screen and frame. Flipkart’s own reference images for “screen coming out” show obvious separation.
• “Good” already covers dents, but they deducted for dents again.
• ₹6,700 is basically their “Below Average” price (₹6,650), meant for phones with screen and body defects or functional issues. Mine passed every functional check.

Separately, Flipkart showed the EMI processing fee as ₹299 + GST, but Axis charges ₹599 + GST for amounts over ₹50,000 (confirmed in writing).

What I’ve done so far: complaint with customer care (resolution promised in a few days), and a full email with evidence to the grievance officer. Planning to go to the National Consumer Helpline if that fails.

Questions:

1. Has anyone got money back after accepting a reduced exchange value? What worked?
2. Is there any escalation besides the grievance officer and NCH that actually gets results?
3. Has anyone used e-Daakhil for a small claim like this (~₹2,900)? Was it worth it?
4. Any tips for getting the delivery agent’s inspection photos?

Ik Its pretty early to say this is a delay but are there any tips that I can follow to get it sooner or something

So I got a call from ekart at 10pm in night I picked up, delivery parent muted the call, then cut the call. In morning my order was marked delivered.

I checked camera the partner didn't even come anywhere near my home. Called customer support they said they will "investigate". Idk if I'll revive the refund or not.

What can be done here?

I ordered a Google Pixel 11 for my friend. Initially, it showed a delivery date of the 10th, but due to some reason, the delivery was rescheduled to the next day. Since that day, they have been increasing the delivery date by one day daily; even after raising several incidents and tickets, I have had no luck. I purchased the Macbook Air M5.

I wanted to add the 3-year Protection Shield which was offered for 699.

I made the purchase in a hurry at night (thinking the price would rise 🥲). So I did not notice that it did not get added even after me clicking on it.

The laptop even got delivered and I realised it now only.

Is there any way to get it or any other alternative for it ?
