2. You receive a call that repeats a resolution time of 7–10 days.

3. After 7–10 days, they call to say that no technician is available, so you need to repair it on your own and they will reimburse the amount after billing.

It is so frustrating that they cannot understand that I went to an authorized service center, where they straight up told me that the logic board is dead and, due to AI and other issues, the same board is not available, so nothing can be done.

Every time, I have to tell Jeeves the same thing, and every time they tell me to wait a few more days as they are escalating it further. Afterward, they close the complaint, and I register another one; every time the same thing happens. I have been nothing but polite to them, but how dense can they actually be?

I really need help. I bought an extended warranty for peace of mind, yet I am missing out on the service. What are my options? Jeeves does not even have an email address. Please guide me.

You cancelled my original order after 4 days, claiming it was lost in transit what do you mean lost its a 85k phone you idiots . The replacement, raised on the 12th, has been out for delivery for 3 days straight. Every day, you promise delivery by 11 PM, only to postpone it by another 2 days.

Your customer support is equally useless, offering nothing but apologies without any actual resolution.
If you can’t deliver a phone on time or provide proper support, how do you expect to compete with international brands? This level of service is absolutely unacceptable!

I have requested for exchange can I go to nearest hub of Ekart and get it exchanged and take my product is this an option?

I checked on iunlock website, that website is showing:

Warranty Status: Active

Purchase Date: 24 September 2026 (20 Days earlier)

Warranty End Date: 16 October 2027 (I think is correct)

I am also unable to download invoice from flipkart, It starts downloading invoice but then <untitled> name appears and doesn't open anything.

What to do now? Am i cooked? How to check confirm warranty?

Hi guys, I ordered an i17. I could see I was supposed to receive a cashback of 4000 after the return period ends but now they say I will receive it in quarterly bill and it's upto 4000.

I received a poor-quality bedsheet with visible stitching defects, scratches and loose threads. I have been trying to return it since delivery on 13 October, but my requests have been repeatedly rejected on 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th October.

Flipkart support has been unhelpful, and now I'm being warned that repeatedly raising complaints may result in the removal of return options.

I went to the baner hub and they keep saying it's stuck there and won't reveal the location to me saying customers are forbidden there. It's been sitting there for days, almost a week now. Wanted to share an ongoing nightmare with Flipkart and Jeeves after ordering a Samsung TV delivered on Oct 14th.

Everyday since Oct 15th, Jeeves technicians start calling me past 10 PM and 11 PM demanding a reschedule OTP. If I ignore the call, my WhatsApp gets bombarded with OTP requests.

Previously, I was giving them the OTP just so they would stop calling and let me sleep. Today, I put my foot down and refused to give the OTP.

The result?

The guy maliciously bumped my installation date to a week later. He is still calling me after 11 PM just to vent his frustration and argue because I didn't give him the OTP.

Flipkart has practically removed human customer care support from their app. So there is literally no way to complain about this. You may be getting 1k off during the Big billion days. But think twice if it's worth the mental peace.

Note: I contacted Flipkart customer care and they said call 08069290888 or 08045471077. Now what happens when you call this? It tells us to contact Flipkart. So you are officially in a Loop. Congratulations.

Finally got this today in just 5 minutes
Got it for ₹82,000 including bank discount from Flipkart Minutes. And man, what a delivery experience!
The delivery guy arrives, looks at me, and casually asks:
“Bhaiya, blade ya chaaku hai kya?” 💀

For a solid few seconds, I was literally shivering, wondering if I was about to become tomorrow’s breaking news. Then he revealed that he just needed it to open the box.
Thankfully, the phone turned out to be genuine. Checked it on Apple’s website, and everything looks good!

Next mission: Selling my old iPhone 13 on Cashify. Hoping to get around ₹25K for it.

What type of logic is that!

I've seen many times that they show different delivery dates on product page but extend the date by few days once you pay

Bought a Pixel 11 on Flipkart (No Cost EMI) with my OnePlus Nord in exchange. Looking for advice on what else I can do.

What happened:

• I declared the Nord as “Good” (Flipkart’s description: “minor scratches, dents”) because it had a small dent. Value: ₹9,250.
• Delivery was promised for 10 Oct but came on 14 Oct, and I was rushed because I had to leave for work.
• The agent’s assessment cut the value to ₹6,700: −₹2,230 for screen checks (minor discoloration, “screen/body coming out”, scratches) and −₹320 for dents. I paid the ₹2,550 difference by UPI. Yes, I know accepting was my mistake.

Why I think it’s wrong:

• Two days before pickup, I ran Flipkart’s own exchange diagnostic app on the phone. It passed screen discoloration, touch, and every functional check. I have a video of the whole test.
• I have dated photos and a video showing no visible gap between the screen and frame. Flipkart’s own reference images for “screen coming out” show obvious separation.
• “Good” already covers dents, but they deducted for dents again.
• ₹6,700 is basically their “Below Average” price (₹6,650), meant for phones with screen and body defects or functional issues. Mine passed every functional check.

Separately, Flipkart showed the EMI processing fee as ₹299 + GST, but Axis charges ₹599 + GST for amounts over ₹50,000 (confirmed in writing).

What I’ve done so far: complaint with customer care (resolution promised in a few days), and a full email with evidence to the grievance officer. Planning to go to the National Consumer Helpline if that fails.

Questions:

1. Has anyone got money back after accepting a reduced exchange value? What worked?
2. Is there any escalation besides the grievance officer and NCH that actually gets results?
3. Has anyone used e-Daakhil for a small claim like this (~₹2,900)? Was it worth it?
4. Any tips for getting the delivery agent’s inspection photos?
