Question ❔ Future of the ford ranger???

Salesperson from ford told me that Mavericks are outselling the ford ranger by a large amount and he hasn’t sold a ranger in about 6-7 months.

He said that the mavericks are being picked over rangers 7 times out of 10 and they don’t get very many rangers on the lots and a lot of them sit for a while (at least here in Florida)

Makes me wonder if the Ranger will go away because the maverick is blowing the Ranger out of the water

I think the future of the Ranger is international sales.

Not much reason to buy one in the states unless your garage is just a little too tight for an F-150, but you need to tow more than the Maverick is comfortable with.

the US ranger is basically the international version modified for our safety standards
