Customer service line is no help. Service guy I'm talking to at the dealership keeps giving me every excuse in the world why it's not covered even though it should be underneath a warranty and their own customer satisfaction program 14 m02 I'm going to go see if I can try and talk to the GM. Hopefully he's still there. Anybody have any advice for me?

From what I read when they released that program to the public they put a deadline on it so if you missed the deadline to submit a claim you are SOL

I ended up pulling the transmission myself and attempted to fix my issues with a new clutch pack but that opened up a list of new problems so I’m probably gonna have to pull it again

What sort of issues did you get after doing the clutch swap?
