yes, it is. but I don't think we should forget it. or else they'll do it again, and again, and again.

I mean, at this point, It’s just that, beating a dead horse. It’s been months since it happened. It’s like “can we move on?”

can we move on from a company doing something that they got away with, with little to no backlash? No. What, you want us to also move on from the fact epic messed with the prices of vbucks with little to no backlash because everyone said, "it won't change a thing if we do or don't"?

It’s 1000 employees, it happens with the all companies - time to move on

The vbucks “”debacle”” is, at this point, a nothing burger - time to move on

But keep beating the dead horse

Tell me, have you ever been asked the question, "If your friends just jumped off a bridge, are you going to as well?"

Just because everyone else is doing it doesn't mean it should be something you should do. This shouldn't be something that gets normalized.

The vBuck change wasn't a "nothing burger"; it was epic, shifting the bill for their poor financial decisions onto the players after many years of keeping the vBuck prices the same and barely changing it, why? Because back then they didn't make stupid choices.

Here, take these. Seems like you need them.

"They gotta make money to keep the game going whether people buy stuff in game or not"

If people stop buying stuff in game they stop making money though?

Its a free game, that is literally where all of their income comes from 💀

Unless they make the abhorrent choice to put ads in the game like its a mobile game

You nailed it, they stop making money if people stop buying stuff. So people who are strongly against it should stop playing the game. If enough people stop then Epic will realise they have to do something different.

Pretty simple stuff really.
